About this WEBINAR:

This webinar is designed to prepare you for the race week of your Ironman-distance triathlon.  If you've never done an Ironman-distance race, this webinar will be invaluable in helping you understand what to expect and how to prepare from tapering, to checking in, to pre-race swims, to transition bags to aid stations.  If you have done an Ironman, you'll be sure to pick up some excellent tips to improve your performance...without any additional training!

Topics covered include:

  • Top 5 mistakes that most athletes make on race weekend - and how to avoid them
  • What to expect from the start of race weekend all the way through the race
  • Race day pacing
  • Race day nutrition
  • What to do when things go wrong - and they always do!

This webinar is part of a series of webinars developed by ELITE triathlete and COACH David Glover, MS, CSCS and ENDURANCEWORKS, LLC.  All webinars are recorded and made available for viewing at enduranceworks.net.

On the day of the Webinar, you will be mailed a web access link to join the webinar.  During the presentation, you will follow along on your computer and can either listen on your computer speakers or dial in.  You'll be able to ask questions through the chat window.
